1. How do I register?

You can register by clicking on the "Login / Register" link at the bottom footer of the homepage. Please provide the information in the form that appears. You can review the terms and conditions and submit the registration information.

 

2. Are there any charges for registration?

No. Registration in www.ekadai.in is absolutely free. But, we will process your first order only after personal phone verification.

 

3. Do I have to necessarily register to shop in eKadai.in?

No, you can place the order using Guest Checkout option without registration. But registered users can view the history of their order and repeat the same order in future. We advice you to register and then checkout.

 

4. Can I have multiple registrations?

Each email address, shipping address and contact phone number can only be associated with one account.

 

5. What are the modes of payment?

We accept the following payments...

  • Cash On Delivery (COD)
  • IMPS / NEFT Payment 
  • Credit/Debit cards Payment

Currently EKadai is using the Cash on delivery (COD) payment as default payment.

If you wish to pay through net banking, please proceed with the IMPS / NEFT Payment option in the Payment Method step. We will send the IMPS / NEFT bank details through email after you placed your order.

Credit card & Debit card (issued in India only) payments are accepted through Credit/Debit cards Online Payment Gateway of PayTM.

 

6. Are there any other charges or taxes in addition to the price shown? Is GST added to the invoice?

The GST are included in the MRP of products. There are no additional taxes added by EKadai to your order. The prices you see on our product pages are the prices you pay. 

 

7. What is the meaning of cash on delivery?

Cash on delivery means that you can pay for your order during the time of order delivery at your doorstep.

 

8. When will I receive my order?

Once you are done selecting your products and click on checkout you will receive the order details by Email. For new customers, our customer care executive will inform you through telephone or email about the delivery of your order. For existing customers we will process the order and deliver the same at the earliest. Please note that eKadai.in has the rights to cancel any order.

 

9. How will the delivery be done?

We have a dedicated team of delivery personnel and a fleet of vehicles operating across our delivery area which ensures timely and accurate delivery to our customers. 

 

10. How do I change the shipping info (address to which I want products delivered)?

You can change your shipping address on our website once you log into your account. Click on “My Account” at the bottom footer and go to the “Update My Profile” section to change your shipping address.

 

11. How much are the delivery charges?

Delivery is free for orders of Rs. 500 and above. Orders below Rs. 500 will be charged Rs.80 for Delivery.

 

12. What is delivery time?

Since we are covering the entire state, we don't have a common delivery slots. The Delivery Time of the order depends on the delivery area. To know the exact delivery time of your order, please call us. Delivery time also depends on the delivery location & time of your order.

 

13. How do I contact customer service?

14. Do you have offline stores?

No, we are a purely internet based company and do not have any offline stores.

 

15. I’d like to suggest some products. Who do I contact?

16. How & where I can give my feedback?

17. I found some products defective, What’s your return/replacement policy ?

In case you found any delivered product defective/damaged/not satisfied, you can report & return the products to the delivery person during delivery of your order. We will take back & subtract the returned product amount in the invoice and collect the balance amount.  Please note that we do not accept the return of the products which are in opened condition. Similarly you cannot return the products after the delivery person left your place of delivery. Also no returns are allowed when we ship through Parcel / Courier Service.
